Further north till about 200li,there is a mountain called Mount Fa Jiu. Lots of Cudrania trilobas grow there. A kind of bird named Jing Wei lives in the forest. It resembles a crow in the shape, with patterns on the feathers of its head, a white beak and red feet. It squeals like calling its own name. In fact, it is the embodiment of Yan Di’s youngest daughter, named Baby Girl. Once upon a time, Baby Girl played at the East China Sea, got drowned, and never returned, so she turned into the Jing Wei Bird. She often held the branches and stones from the Western Hills in her mouth and flew to fill the East China Sea until it would become land. The Zhang River originates from the Mount Fa Jiu, flows to the east and converges into the Yellow River.
